This project required extensive attention to space and efficiently defining different areas in architectural drawings, as some of the elements of the old structure were preserved and incorporated into the new structure, limiting the architect in terms of the measurements and design.
The kitchen and living room areas are separated from the dining area although the light and backyard view reach the entire main floor.
The kitchen has two levels of ceiling, two-level counters, and Italian-made cabinets and drawers with a high gloss and knobless finish.
The Jaonith project has 4 bedrooms, 2 walk-in closets, 4 en suite bathrooms, and 4 showers.
The exterior materials in this project are stucco, aluminum siding, and permanent stones.
